Can you come to me or do I bring my computer to you?
We can do either, whatever suits the client. Our workshop is based in Royal Heights.
When are you available?
Monday – Friday, 9.30 am – 8.00pm
Saturday, 9.30am – 12.30pm
What does your initial inspection involve?
With the complicated nature of computers it can be near impossible to diagnose and advise over the telephone. So we will happily come and assess your computer and discuss our findings with you before commencing any work.
How do you charge?
We can charge either an hourly rate for simple fixes or a set charge for a more complicated fix. Please contact us to discuss further.
Do you charge a call out fee?
Yes – $30 within the Greater Auckland area.
