I have used Chris a number of times. He is very reliable and affordable. I am not technical at all. But I work from home and I need to have my computer working at all times. Chris always fixes whatever it is I have called him about – sometimes by getting me to do things over the phone and sometimes by coming to my house to fix it. I totally recommend this service.

Restored all the data and the programs… an expert.
My computer was running extremely slowly even though it was only a few months old. I knew if I took it back to the retailer I would be waiting 2-4 weeks for it to be returned. I dropped it off to Chris and he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained (in terms I could understand) what needed doing.
I was feeling a little concerned as I had all my work on the computer and, although I had backups, I didn’t relish the idea of having to reload all the programs and then restore everything from back up. I needn’t have worried. Chris fixed the problem and got my computer whizzing along, he also restored all the data AND programs. Going the extra mile.
I work from home and rely on my computer systems and internet to conduct my business. I have had several occasions recently where I have needed assistance with my computers. I contacted Chris and discussed the issues with him. If he was unable to fix the issue over the phone, he came to my home and completed the necessary repairs and upgrades.

Chris firstly cleaned up my PC which was infected with viruses. He then upgraded us to Windows 2007 and installed a removable hard drive for storing of our teenage daughters photos (for Facebook etc). He also advised us on security and our software needs. Quick, efficient and professional and explained technical things in plain language! A mature, family man I was comfortable with in my own home and who could be trusted with our personal and business files. Highly recommended.
